“Repeating patterns, arcs, coils, lines and geometric shapes form the basis of my works and reference objects, architecture and my domestic surroundings. Within these whimsical forms, a layered dance of intersecting colour and pattern ruminate on ideas of time: time escaping, moving, standing still and being held in an infinite loop.” Julia Flanagan
